Refund Policy

The app is currently free during beta. This refund policy applies to paid plans (Lifetime, trial keys, and reseller purchases) once billing is active.

1. Lifetime Keys

Lifetime key purchases are non-refundable once the key has been activated. If you have not activated your key, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

2. Trial Keys

Trial keys are non-refundable. Trial keys are short-duration access passes intended for evaluation. If you experience issues during your trial, contact support for assistance.

3. Reseller Purchases

Bulk key purchases made through the reseller program are non-refundable. Resellers are responsible for their own refund policies with their customers. We do not process refunds on behalf of reseller customers.

4. Exceptions

We may issue refunds at our discretion in the following cases:

Duplicate charges or billing errors
Service outage lasting more than 7 consecutive days
Key was never delivered due to a technical issue on our end

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us for a refund will result in immediate account termination and revocation of all associated keys. Please contact us first. we are happy to resolve issues directly.

6. How to Request a Refund

Open a support ticket in our Discord server with your purchase details. Refund requests are reviewed within 48 hours.
