Refund Policy

The app is currently free during beta. This refund policy applies to paid plans once billing is active.
1. Paid Plans (3-Day, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly)
Time-based plan purchases are non-refundable once the plan is activated on your account. Plans do not auto-renew. If your plan has not been activated, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
2. Lifetime Plans
Lifetime plan purchases are non-refundable once activated. If your plan has not been activated, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
3. Trial Keys
Trial keys are free evaluation passes distributed by administrators. They are not a purchased product and are not eligible for refunds. If you experience issues during your trial, contact support for assistance.
4. Reseller Purchases
Bulk activation key purchases made through the reseller program are non-refundable. Resellers are responsible for their own refund policies with their customers. We do not process refunds on behalf of reseller customers.
5. Exceptions
We may issue refunds at our discretion in the following cases:
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Service outage lasting more than 7 consecutive days
- Plan was not delivered or activated due to a technical issue on our end
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us for a refund will result in immediate account termination and revocation of all associated access. Please contact us first. We are happy to resolve issues directly.
7. How to Request a Refund
Open a support ticket in our Discord server with your purchase details. Refund requests are reviewed within 48 hours.
8. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any statutory consumer protection rights that apply in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to rights under EU, UK, or Australian consumer law. Where local law provides additional rights that cannot be waived, those rights remain fully in effect.
